Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical DOC Specialist to support our Commercial Support Services team in Manila. You’ll bridge complex deal requirements with execution, turning sales data into pricing models, actionable reports, and accurate contract packages.

Your attention to detail will drive process improvements and support global growth. You will build pricing models, analyze data across systems, and collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and country teams to keep deal lifecycles transparent

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales support or global deal operations.
• Strong knowledge of pricing models and deal lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• University degree in business, economics, or related field.

• Build complex pricing models, schedules, and complete contract packages for seamless execution via e-signature platforms.
• Analyze sales and customer data across multiple systems to deliver actionable insights, custom reports, and metric tracking.
• Manage Requests for Information, Quality Assurance, and Information Security Questionnaires while ensuring alignment with internal compliance policies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial, and country teams to maintain transparent updates across open deal lifecycles.
• Identify process bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve overall sales support efficiency.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:
