Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Health Clinical Services Sr Analyst to join our hybrid team in Quezon City. You will review plans of care for completeness, coordinate with nurses, clinicians, and physicians, and ensure alignment with clinical protocols and CMS guidelines.

You will support Admissions Plan of Care & OASIS reviews, handle recertifications, and coordinate resumption of care and one-time visits. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality improvements, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• BSN degree is required.
• Current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license is required.
• 3 months clinical experience (480 hours) as an RN in a hospital setting.
• Active RN license with direct patient care experience.
• Clinical setting includes inpatient hospital and outpatient hospital clinic.
• No state RN license required (revisit if a specific state license is needed).

Responsibilities

• Review patient Plan of Care for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with clinical protocols.
• Perform Admissions Plan of Care & OASIS Review with correct Home Health coding.
• Provide recertification of plan-of-care reviews per client guidelines.
• Resume care and one-time visit based on plan of care and client guidelines.
• Serve as clinical liaison between nurses, clinicians, case managers and physicians.
• Promote patient safety and continuity of care and contribute to process improvements.
• Adhere to CMS guidelines, internal policies and quality standards for documentation and coordination.
• Facilitate corrected Plan of Care routing for physician approval within timelines.

POSITION TITLE: Health Clinical Services Sr Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough review of patient’s Plan of Care for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with clinical protocols and patient-specific needs.
• Performs Admissions Plan of Care & OASIS Assessment Review to include appropriate coding of Home Health services
• Provide Recertification of plan of care review-based client’s process guideline on recertification of home health services
• Perform resumption of care and one-time visit based on plan of care review considering the client guidelines and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between nurses, clinicians, case managers, and physicians to verify alignment on the patient’s care goals and treatment plan
• Promote patient safety and continuity of care by actively participating in process improvements and audits related to Plan of Care quality and turnaround time.
• Adhere to applicable regulations (e.g., CMS guidelines), internal policies, and quality standards related to home health documentation and care coordination
• Facilitate corrected Plan of Care routing for physician approval within required timeframes.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) degree
• Holds current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license
• 3 months clinical experience (480 hours of working experience as a RN) in a hospital setting
• Work experience as an active RN license and providing direct patient care
• Clinical setting includes inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital clinic
• No state license required (doability will be revisited if there's a specific state of RN license needed)
