Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Mobilization Manager to design, manage and implement Service Transition programs in a Hybrid set-up based in Taguig. You will work closely with Client and Service Delivery Leads to ensure smooth outsourcing and delivery solutions.

The role requires extensive leadership, PMO experience and a track record in complex mobilization projects, with a focus on best practices, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years industry experience.
• At least 5 years leadership experience.
• At least 5 years PMO experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality response materials with Workstream Leads and Solution Architects.
• Provide accurate cost estimations and develop comprehensive work plans for workstreams.
• Oversee mobilization architecture, resource transitions and onboarding with project timelines.
• Participate in due diligence and service transition activities, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytical evaluation to assess concepts and options with data-driven insights.
• Lead Transition program workstreams to ensure delivery aligns with objectives.
• Define, build and implement components of service transition programs leveraging standard solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Mobilization methodologies, tools, and best practices across all phases.
• Define and assess detailed costs and benefits of solutions for financial planning and risk management.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships, acting as trusted advisor to align with business goals.
• Lead the detailed design and development of at least one workstream component within the Solution Blueprint.
• Provide peer reviews to service transition activities to ensure quality across deliverables.

Overall Purpose

As a Mobilization Manager, you will take a leadership role in designing, managing, and implementing Service Transition programs that ensure seamless outsourcing and delivery solutions. Working closely with Client and Service Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects, you will oversee critical

• Response Materials Development: Lead the creation of high-quality response materials in collaboration with Workstream Leads and Solution Architects for Deal Shape teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Cost Estimation and Work Plan Management: Provide accurate cost estimations and developing comprehensive work plans for workstreams, ensuring all resources and timelines are effectively managed.
• Mobilization Architecture: Oversees the planning and execution of resource transitions and onboarding, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and organizational standards.
• Due Diligence and Service Transition Activities: Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring smooth and efficient program execution.
• Advanced Analytical Evaluation: Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess concepts, alternatives, and solution options, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that align with program objectives.
• Workstream Leadership: Lead Transition program, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with the overall program objectives.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Define, build, and implement components of Service Transition programs, leveraging existing standard solutions to maximize efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Mobilization Methodology and Tools Adherence: Ensure adherence to Mobilization methods, tools, and best practices across all phases of the transition process, promoting consistency and quality in service delivery.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Define and assess the detailed costs and benefits of specific solutions and workstreams, ensuring effective financial planning and risk management for service transition programs.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen internal and external client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
• Design Leadership and Execution: Lead the detailed design and development of at least one workstream component or sub-component, ensuring all deliverables are completed within the parameters of the Solution Blueprint.
• Peer Review and Quality Assurance: Provide peer reviews to service transition activities, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality
