Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Japanese Client Financial Mgmt Specialist to support financial planning and reporting for client engagements. The role is hybrid with a morning shift in Mandaluyong.

You will provide financial analysis, support invoicing/collections, and forecast activities, collaborating with client executives and finance leads to optimize profitability and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in finance and accounting.
• Japanese language ability at N3 level.
• BS Accountancy or related degree preferred.
• Moveable TDOC (local relocation)

Responsibilities

• Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams to maximize profitability of engagements.
• Collaborate with client and engagement executives and finance leads to communicate contract/account financial position.
• Complete standard monthly/quarterly financial and operational activities and processes.
• Fulfill invoicing and collections in line with contractual requirements.
• Advise/assist on forecast management activities (input collection, processing and report creation).

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Prepare and interpret financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations, including internal financial controls, to mitigate risk for the company. May also shape and execute client deals to maximize the use of Accenture's capital and resources

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams to maximize the profitability of engagements
• Collaborate with client and engagement executives, client group finance leads (or equivalent), and other finance operations executives to communicate the position and status of contract or account financial position
• Complete standard MTD/QTD financial and operational activities and processes
• Fulfill invoicing and collections, consistent with contractual requirements
• Advise/assist on forecast management activities (input collection, processing and report creation)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of working experience in any finance and accounting
