Job summary

ES NETWORKS PHILIPPINES BUSINESS SERVICES INC. seeks a qualified professional to lead accounting, tax, payroll, and labor/legal services for Japanese-affiliated clients in Metro Manila.

You will coordinate with offices and external professionals, manage a team of staff and consultants, and drive process improvements and KPI tracking. The role requires English fluency and experience across accounting, tax, and client services.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Practical experience in accounting, tax, audit, bookkeeping, finance, or consulting.
• Experience in client service, project management, or team management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for Japanese-affiliated clients on accounting, tax, labor, and legal matters, including regular meetings.
• Oversee the progress and quality of accounting, tax, payroll, and labor/legal services, including monthly/annual closures and filings.
• Lead, review, develop, and allocate work among Filipino accounting staff and consultants.
• Manage market-entry projects, including company incorporation, registrations, and establishment of accounting and tax frameworks.
• Identify client needs and prepare proposals, quotations, reports, and recommendations.
• Support business development by responding to prospective client inquiries and proposing additional services.
• Coordinate with Japanese head offices, overseas offices, and external professionals such as attorneys and audit firms.
• Drive internal improvements, standardization, KPI management, recruitment, and employee evaluation.

Qualifications:

1. Able to communicate in English

2. Practical experience in any of the following: accounting, tax, audit, bookkeeping, finance, or consulting

3. Experience in any of the following: client service, project management, or team management

4. Bonus point but not required: with accounting-related qualifications such as CPA, USCPA, or bookeeping certification

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Salary may be stretched to up to PHP200,000 depending on experience and skills
