Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Instructor Analyst to deliver training programs, including end-to-end pre-process, voice and client-specific training, and ongoing education on company policies. The role is based in Quezon City with a return-to-office setup.

The candidate will mentor staff, participate in quality calibration calls, and support various business training initiatives, with at least 2 years of F&A exposure and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of F&A experience (PTP/RTR/OTC).
• Individual Contributor.
• Experience writing DTPs (Preferred).
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Training experience.

• Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new hire training processes.

OVERALL PURPOSE: Delivers all required training programs that may include end to end new hire training (Pre-Process, Voice and Client-Specific process training), continuous education, company background and industry policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new hire training processes
• Mentor other employees to provide communication coaching support
• Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations
• Provide communication coaching and training support to other businesses

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of F&A experience, i.e., PTP or RTR or OTC
