Job summary

HedgeServ in Manila is seeking a Database Services Manager with deep knowledge of SQL Server administration and development. You will lead the DB Architecture, Engineering and Ops teams to ensure a robust, secure data platform in a 24x7 hybrid setting, using Terraform and Ansible for automation and Snowflake/MongoDB for DWH/NoSQL workloads.

The role requires strong incident/change management, ITIL/Agile practices, and Workday experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
• SQL Server and cloud certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage Database Services operations team in a hybrid environment.
• Oversee weekend maintenance, automated patching, and change management.
• Ensure BAU PROD and DR performance, budgeting, and adherence to processes.
• Build automation with Terraform and Ansible.
• Support DWH and NoSQL projects in Snowflake or MongoDB.
