Job summary

J-K Network Services in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Assistant Supervisor to oversee banking, journal entries, depreciation schedules, and financial statements in a dayshift, on-site setting.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, has at least 3 years in accounting, experience with ERP systems, and can start soon; the role includes handling payroll, tax remittances, and PEZA reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in the same industry preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle bank reports, journal entries, trial balance, depreciation schedules, financial statements, AR/AP schedules, advances monitoring, currency conversion, and check approvals.
• Issue petty cash advances, process payments, prepare replenishments, and manage encashments.
• Compute payroll, prepare payslips, coordinate with banks, manage withholding tax, last pay, 13th month pay, SL/VL conversions, BIR 2316 issuance, and government remittances.
• Ensure accurate BIR reports, annual registration, alpha listings, book of accounts, inventory stamps, and PEZA reporting including ITH applications and extensions.
• Oversee inventories and fixed assets, manage insurance renewals, prepare actuarial reports, process payments for service providers, and perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
