Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role (Preferably assigned to the Healthcare Account)
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and support.
• Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Good communication and client-facing skills (the role requires daily interaction with the clients).
• Proven experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
• Background in financial/healthcare programs is an advantage
