Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a detail-oriented data maintenance specialist to create and maintain the IQVIA database under guidance. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of updates to the master file from internal and external sources, and resolve file code exceptions while adhering to established rules.

Responsibilities include daily verification of maintenance, applying corrections, monitoring data trends in client information, and documenting quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years IQVIA database operations experience.
• Experience with JCL, SAS, IQVIAPACT Pref is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accuracy and timeliness of master file updates.
• Resolves file code exceptions within established protocols.
• Ensures all maintenance follows rules and protocols.
• Performs daily verification and applies corrections as needed.
• Monitors data trends in monthly and quarterly client information.
• Documents quality control procedures.
