Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize MSSQL databases to ensure high performance and reliability
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production system problems
• Manage database backups, restores, and recovery processes
• Implement high availability and data migration solutions
• Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance with best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to support application and system requirements
• Document database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in MSSQL database management and optimization
• At least 2 years of experience administering MS SQL Server (2008/2012/2014/2016)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure database environments
• 2+ years of experience with SQL queries, high availability, and data migration tools and techniques
• Strong background in Windows environments and troubleshooting production systems
• Detail-oriented, task-driven, and highly organized
