Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to develop dashboards and reports that provide accurate, timely insights for multiple stakeholders. You will work with Business Insights, Data Engineering, and Operations to ensure dashboards reflect current data.

The role requires hands-on SQL, Python and Power BI skills, experience with ETL processes, and the ability to handle large volumes of data. A night shift and potential onsite reporting are part of the schedule.

What can you expect in a Data Visualization Analyst role with TaskUs:

Think of yourself as someone who works on developing dashboards and reports for the business. Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: to work closely with internal and external stakeholders (Business Insights, Data Engineering, Operations, Support groups, etc.) to make sure that correct and updated information on all dashboards and reports is available to the business at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Design performance efficient, impactful reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences.
• Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable.
• Transforming, improving and integrating data, depending on the business requirements.
• Responsible for data federation.
• Create and maintain a reports instruction manual.
• Delivering the data in a useful and appealing way to users.

Required Qualifications

• Proven years hands-on experience in SQL, Python, & Power BI.
• Exposure to ETL, databases / data warehouse that relates to developing reports using Power BI.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the bigger picture.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail & critical thinking
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent math skills (optional but preferred)
• Ability to contribute proactively both independently and as part of a team.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, programming background (is a plus!) or Information Technology, Master's Degree in Statistics.

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:

• Night Shift (9pm onwards) | must be amenable for a rotating shift if needed
• WFH but must be amenable to report onsite when needed
• Amenable to start ASAP or in 30 days
