You will lead small analytics projects, partner with teams to define KPIs, and leverage SQL/Python and BI tools to deliver actionable dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder with 3–5 years of data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and Python for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboards.
• Experience with intermediate statistics and big data platforms (Databricks).
• Excellent communication to present insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytics best practices (data quality, documentation, reproducibility, metrics).
• Execute analytics projects independently, managing tasks and timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to define analyses, KPIs, and metrics to drive insights.
• Prepare, clean, and transform datasets, including large datasets.
• Perform intermediate statistical analysis to identify trends and drivers.
• Create clear visual displays using Tableau and/or Power BI for the audience.
• Combine data and visuals to tell a coherent story.
• Lead and manage small analytics projects and track progress.
• Provide support to analytics team members and share reusable templates.
• Maintain commercial awareness of customers and market context.
• Use approved AI tools to accelerate routine analytics work with accuracy.
