Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to maintain metadata, document end-to-end data lineage across source systems, pipelines and reporting layers. You will collaborate with governance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of metadata standards.

The role requires 3+ years in metadata management, SQL proficiency, data profiling skills, and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Capture and maintain technical and business metadata for enterprise data assets.
• Document end to end data lineage across source systems, data pipelines and reporting layers.
• Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure alignment with metadata standards and definitions.
• Work with technical and non-technical data stakeholders to enrich and validate data assets.
• Support impact analysis, change management and regulatory reporting through accurate data records.
• Assist in building and maintaining the data catalog from an EDM perspective.
• Define and document data quality rules for key data elements managed by EDM.
• Perform data profiling and quality assessment to monitor accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Investigate and elevate data quality issues.
• Track and report data quality KPIs and support RCA for recurring issues.
• Partner with the data governance team to ensure that CDEs are accurately monitored.
