Job summary

Pureprofile is seeking a Data Processing Executive to ensure flawless output of survey data globally. You will enhance QA processes and expertly use SPSS and Excel to present error-free data in client-ready formats. You will also resolve data queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include reviewing scripting logic, flagging ambiguities with project teams, delivering accurate data on time, and producing client-required outputs with SPSS-based quality controls.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Data Processing role or equivalent including data checks through SPSS.
• High level of skill using SPSS and Excel.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to run meticulous quality checks on own work.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Review scripting logic in questionnaires to validate surveys before delivery.
• Flag queries with Survey Programmers or project teams and suggest adjustments for data quality.
• Ensure data is delivered in the client’s desired format without errors and provide extra QA checks.
• Provide clear ETAs on data processing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Generate tables or data outputs as required by the client.
• Understand SPSS to control quality assurances and support customized requests.
