Job summary

APPEN SERVICES PHILIPPINES is seeking a Data Processing Associate to join our team in Cavite. The role focuses on accurate data annotation and labeling, following detailed guidelines and quality checks.

Responsibilities include learning task requirements, iterative practice to improve accuracy, and timely completion of daily workloads on-site at our Cavite offices. A background in data annotation or BPO is advantageous, with college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic computer use and office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or data annotation is a plus.
• College degree preferred; candidates with relevant skills/work experience may be considered.
