• Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.
• PDP score of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding for tenure of at least 18 months.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and annotate data as per defined policies and quality standards.
• Support spam, phishing, and mail abuse detection initiatives.
• Work across multiple tools, dashboards, and workflows simultaneously.
• Identify anomalies, edge cases, and escalate trends where required.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and SLA targets in a 24x7 environment.
