• Moderate online content and flag inappropriate or harmful material based on community and platform standards.
• Perform transcription tasks (text and audio) with high accuracy.
• Ensure daily productivity targets and KPIs are consistently met.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of data handled.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and project requirements.
