Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Compliance & Ethics Counsel Specialist for Data Privacy to drive privacy reviews and support the global program. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external counsel, with emphasis on privacy research, regulatory inquiries, and training materials.

You will support data subject rights, due diligence, policy administration, and stay updated on global data privacy trends while contributing to process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• 3–4 years of experience in data privacy.
• Fluent in English with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Experience in privacy assessments (DP Impact Assessments, country risk assessments).

Responsibilities

• Draft, design, and improve compliance processes and templates for data privacy laws.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather process requirements and advise on approaches.
• Act as project manager for new initiatives and measure existing processes.
