Join LexisNexis as a Data Privacy Compliance Analyst to manage global privacy enquiries and support compliance processes in a dynamic, global environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the global inbox of external privacy enquiries, categorizing by jurisdictional requirements and rights exercised.
- Liaising with Business Unit Single Points of Contact (BU SPOC) to gather relevant information aligned with policies, toolkits, and templates from the Privacy Office.
- Drafting response and disclosure bundles, including exemption recommendations, for approval by BU SPOC and Privacy Office.
- Maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and timely case notes on actions, contacts, and exemptions with justifications.
- Responding to requests within set timescales (28 calendar days for most jurisdictions).
- Following escalation processes when Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are not met by BUs.
- Providing monthly Management Information (MI) reports measuring compliance by BU to the Privacy Office.
- Raising concerns, queries, or issues for immediate Privacy Office attention.
- Assisting in audit reporting processes related to compliance activities.
- Supporting system updates, design flow, and enhancements as necessary.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree holder in any field.
- Open to fresh graduates with excellent communication skills.
- Preferably with 1 year of solid experience in Customer Service functions within Technical, Financial, Insurance, or similar sectors.
- Fluency and articulate communication skills in English.
