Job summary

HCL Technologies Philippines Inc seeks a Data Technical Program Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and governance of an AI-Ready Data Platform and enterprise-wide data migration for a major telecommunications customer in Manila.

You will blend program management with deep technical knowledge of data architectures, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform, and data governance, delivering complex multi-stream data programs with strict timelines.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience managing complex data transformation programs.
3–5 years dedicated to large-scale data migrations on GCP.

Responsibilities

Lead program governance and execution for multi-workstream data programs, maintaining schedules and risk/issue logs.
Serve as primary liaison between Google Professional Services, partners, and customer teams, managing dependencies.
Oversee data architecture and IaC deployment of GCP data services (Terraform modules, Iceberg on GCS, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Looker).
Lead technical workshops to define Data Mesh topologies, metadata harvesting, and governance across enterprise catalogs.
Coordinate cross-technology alignment for remote delivery teams across Infrastructure, Data, and Security.
