Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an experienced ND Data Platform Engineer to oversee the lifecycle of our data platform and design data pipelines.

You will participate in architecture decisions, help define the platform roadmap, and ensure reliable data flow within a telco environment. This role requires strong data and platform engineering background and hands-on coding in Python or Java.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering and platform engineering.
• Proficient in Python or Java.
• Experience with Hadoop, Flink and distributed storage systems.
• Familiar with ETL schedulers such as Airflow, Dagster or Prefect.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and manage data pipelines into the data warehouse.
• Participate in architecture and engineering decisions.
• Provide platform infrastructure recommendations and roadmap.
• Manage changes/releases with minimal impact.
• Dimension capacity to meet current and future demand.
