Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines, transform data with dbt, and optimize Snowflake models.

You will work with SQL, Python, and orchestration tools to deliver reliable analytics solutions and collaborate with infra and business teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data engineering, strong SQL and Python skills, and hands-on dbt experience, with familiarity in Airflow and cloud data warehouses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in data engineering or related role.
• Strong SQL with complex queries, CTEs, and window functions.
• Python for data engineering tasks, scripting and automation.
• Hands-on dbt for data transformation and modeling.
• Experience with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines using Apache Airflow to orchestrate workflows.
• Build transformation logic with dbt Core and document analytics code.
• Develop data models in Snowflake for performance and cost efficiency.
• Write complex SQL for data transformation and quality validation.
• Collaborate with infra teams to keep data platform modern and optimized.
• Collaborate with analytics to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerts.
• Document pipelines, models, and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Optimize query performance and manage Snowflake resources.
• Participate in code reviews and data engineering best practices.
