HS Hiring Solutions Inc. is seeking a Data Platform Engineer for an on-site role in Quezon City.

The candidate will design and implement data platform solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the data landscape while adhering to governance practices. We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of Informatica PowerCenter experience, strong ETL and data modeling skills, and a drive to lead and innovate within the data domain.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter (ETL developer).
• Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
• Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows.

Responsibilities

• SME in Informatica PowerCenter and data integration concepts; lead and collaborate with the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions and direction in data platform initiatives.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions affecting data flows.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor and evaluate team progress, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can improve data processes.
