Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Platform Architect to lead the design, integration, and modernization of the EDP. You will drive canonical data models, domain patterns, and robust data contracts to enable analytics and reporting across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Eng with enterprise data platform experience.
• Experience designing modern data architectures incl. ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms: Azure, Databricks, Fabric, Power BI.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, data governance, metadata management.
• Ability to architect secure, scalable, high-performance data platforms.

Your Role:

• Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) to enable analytics, reporting, integration, and processing requirements of various business units.

• Establish canonical models, domain models, master / reference data patterns, common definitions, and other data – contract practices.

• Integrate catalog, and governance capabilities with data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Microsoft fabric, Power BI, data pipelines, APIs etc.

• Design data ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption architectures.

• Define ETL/ELT and orchestration patterns.

• Ensure platform performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.

• Support platform modernization and technology evolution.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, with extensive experience in enterprise data platform architecture and design.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing modern data architectures, including data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and large-scale data processing solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, APIs, and data integration tools.

• Deep understanding of data modeling, master and reference data management, data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data standards and contracts.

• Demonstrated ability to architect highly scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance data platforms while driving platform modernization and technology transformation initiatives.
