Job summary

EviSmart™ is seeking a Data Engineer to own our company's single source of truth for data. This isn't a back-office role; it's foundational, enabling Sales, Finance and product teams to make confident decisions.

The role involves building data pipelines, maintaining a trusted data warehouse, and enabling self-serve analytics for teams and AI tools, while leading a small data team. On-site at BGC, Taguig. Dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering with end-to-end warehouse ownership.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data pipelines and ETL/ELT tools.
• Experience with layered warehouse architectures (bronze/silver/gold).
• Hands-on with Databricks and Azure cloud services.
• Experience leading or wanting to grow a small data team.

Responsibilities

• Own data pipelines that ingest data from multiple systems into a central warehouse.
• Maintain a single source of truth for customer and business data.
• Ensure data quality and proactive issue detection across the platform.
• Enable self-service data access for teams and AI tools.
• Lead and grow a small data engineering team.
