Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 1 year in operations support, data management, or coordination.
• Familiarity with QA processes or database management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Airtable and databases is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Database maintenance and data tagging for accuracy.
• Admin support: organizing files and preparing reports.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure resources are available for projects.
• Perform QA checks and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate workflows between teams and track progress.
• Help optimize processes and update SOPs.
• Manage tools, licenses and other operational assets.
• Assist in delivering accurate data products to clients.
