We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Data Implementation Specialist to support data quality, system operations, and platform efficiency for an Australian-based company.
The role will focus on client data migration, database maintenance, reporting, data support, and process documentation. You will work across SaaS platforms, internal systems, and support infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, maintain system integrity, and improve operational workflows.
This position is suited to someone who enjoys working with data, solving technical problems, and taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
Migrate and digitise client data from existing systems into the SaaS platform.
Validate data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity throughout the migration process.
Manage client data requests, update records, and resolve data-related issues in coordination with Support and Customer Success teams.
Maintain internal databases, data repositories, and system records.
Perform routine data housekeeping to ensure data remains accurate and organised.
Generate system usage reports, operational metrics, and data analysis.
Monitor platform performance and data quality to support operational decision-making.
Maintain social media statistics, campaign tracking, and reporting across external platforms.
Develop and maintain clear, standardised workflows and procedures for data-related processes.
Document processes to ensure tasks are repeatable, auditable, and easy to hand over.
Identify opportunities to improve data processes, system efficiency, and workflow automation.
Explore the use of AI and automation tools to improve data management and operational efficiency.
Experience in data operations, data management, data implementation, data migration, database administration, or a closely related field.
Experience working with SaaS platforms and databases.
Experience managing, validating, and maintaining large or structured datasets.
Understanding of data migration processes and data quality practices.
Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data structures.
Familiarity with APIs, data migration tools, and scripting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to understand how data flows across different systems.
Strong documentation and organisational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical teams.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of deliverables.
Experience working with construction technology or construction-related SaaS platforms.
Experience with insurance claims processes.
Experience in the building restoration or property restoration industry.
Experience with workflow automation or AI tools.
Experience improving data processes, systems, or operational workflows.
Industry-specific experience is not essential, as training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Relevant experience in data operations, data migration, SaaS implementation, or database management will be considered in lieu of a directly related qualification.
