Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced Data Acceleration Program (DAP) Business Lead to drive the implementation of a Data Lakehouse solution for Life Insurance and Investments, with emphasis on Client and Marketing across all lines of business. You will lead squads of data and business professionals to deliver analytics products that enhance customer experience and marketing performance.

You will own the product vision, collaborate with the Product Manager to convert it into an executable roadmap,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; master's degree preferred.
Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in data-driven projects.
Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and lakehouse architectures.
Experience in Life Insurance and Investments industry is highly desirable.
Experience in developing data analytics solutions in the Client and Marketing domains.

Responsibilities

Own the Data Backbone Client & Marketing Workstream roadmap and backlog.
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and backlog items.
Collaborate with Product Manager to detail the product vision for the Data Backbone into an executable roadmap.
Define OKRs and monitor product performance and adoption across the workstream.
Foster an agile environment and guide squads to deliver data analytics products.
Educate end-users on Data Backbone features and capabilities and drive adoption.
