Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International in the Philippines seeks a paid temporary Intern to support the Programs Department. Under a mentor, you will assist with data consolidation, cleaning, analysis, and visualization to improve program data usability and decision-making.

This role focuses on learning and exposure to real workflows, with assignments running 3–6 months, part-time or full-time during break periods, and opportunities to contribute to the International Knowledge Centre (IKC) content

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as a student at an accredited college or university; pursuing a degree.
• Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Communications, Graphic Design.

Responsibilities

• Data Consolidation: Collect and consolidate program data from country offices and internal sources; standardize datasets for comparability.
• Data Cleaning & Validation: Ensure data completeness, consistency, and accuracy; flag gaps and anomalies.
• Data Analysis: Perform descriptive analysis to identify trends and gaps; prepare concise summaries for leadership.
• Data Visualization: Develop dashboards and visual summaries to support portfolio reviews; aid decision-making.
• IKC Support: Clean up IKC AP Programs content and improve usability through tagging and formatting.
