A digital communication agency in Makati is looking for a Project Management Intern. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Management, Communications, or IT.
• Strong interest in project management and coordination across multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with reports, trackers, and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, websites, or CMS tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify minor project issues and escalation appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM in preparing files for project launch and ensure smooth launches.
• Help generate timely reports to monitor important KPIs.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist Senior PM in other project management and coordination work whenever necessary.
• Participate in internal meetings and document key discussions, providing concise recaps for relevant projects.
• Maintain and update project trackers and internal documents to support continuous project monitoring.
• Assist in resolving minor project-related issues and elevate concerns to the PM or Senior PMs as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on assigned projects and tasks, including post-web and digital integration verification on respective CMS platforms.

Project Management Intern

The Project Management Intern supports Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring multiple projects from launch to completion. The role involves preparing project launch materials, tracking progress and KPIs, maintaining project documentation and trackers, participating in meetings and summarizing key discussions, assisting with quality assurance checks, and helping resolve or elevate project-related issues to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Work set-up and working hours:

• 10:00 am - 7:00 pm | 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
