Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking an IT/Data Specialist to ensure data integrity for customer information used in CIS forms. You will manage SAP customer profiles, support branch IT issues, and evaluate hardware and software solutions.

You will maintain CIS form uploads to Google Drive daily, coordinate with other departments, distributors, and dealers, and participate in meetings and trainings. The role requires attention to detail, independence, and reliable teamwork.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensures data integrity of the information acquired from customers which will be encoded to the CIS form. Daily Accomplishment of Customer Information Sheet (CIS).
• Accomplishment of Customer Profile in SAP.
• Trouble shooting and resolving technical issue of the branch.
• Evaluating and recommending hardware and software solutions.
• Maintenance and daily upload of the CIS form with the company google drive.
• Maintains harmonious relationships with other department, distributor and other dealers.
• Attend meetings and training required by Management and Distributor.
  Observes company policies, rules and regulations and standard operating procedures. Attendance (promptness and presence at work) is outstanding.
• Leads by example.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• At least a graduate of any IT-related course
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google workspaceapplications
  
• Knowledgeable in SAP, datamanagement, file organization, and reporting
• With strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
