Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation is hiring a Data Analyst to support operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive informed business decisions. The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring to improve efficiency and performance.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of related experience (advantageous), and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas). Onsite work at Newport World Resorts, Pasay City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or a related role is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and charts.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite at Newport World Resorts, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various business units and operational systems.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and databases.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting or visualization tools.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather, validate, and consolidate required data.
• Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Maintain organized documentation of reports, datasets, and analytical findings.
• Perform other data analysis and reporting tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
