• Oversee service delivery, capacity planning, and operational performance in Data Governance.
• Establish and enhance governance frameworks, controls, and standards for data quality and risk management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive governance adoption and organizational change.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives, service transitions, and automation opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, controls, and service outcomes for quality delivery.
• Promote ownership, accountability, and a culture of learning across the team.
