Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines in Taguig is seeking a Data Engineer Associate Manager to design, build, and optimize data pipelines, data models, and analytics assets. You will work with Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to support high-volume data workflows and AI use cases.

You will collaborate with analytics, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable engineering solutions, while guiding a team on data infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SQL and Python.
• Semantic data modeling concepts.
• Experience building and supporting Data Warehousing and BI platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytics datasets using Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for high-volume, high-dimensional data supporting semantic data models, reporting, advanced analytics, and AI use cases.
• Use SQL, Python, and distributed data processing frameworks to ensure performant, reliable, and reusable data assets.
• Implement and manage analytics-ready data layers consumed by Power BI, and AI solutions.
• Support and enhance enterprise analytics platforms following the migration to Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into robust data engineering solutions.
