Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Software Engineer II in the Workforce Technology, Employee Platforms team. You will contribute to the design, development, and troubleshooting of software components, delivering secure, scalable data solutions while collaborating with distributed teams to build the right products.

You will work with enterprise AI-assisted development tools, drive data integration efforts, and support decision-making through data analysis and BI integration designs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data integration experience with Big Data technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data warehousing and services (EMR, S3, AWS Glue, Lambda).
• Proficient in CI/CD tooling and cloud deployments (Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, YAML, Maven).
• Experience with Spark (PySpark/Scala) for scalable data pipelines.
• Familiar with data formats like Parquet/ORC/Avro and Delta Lake/Iceberg concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute and troubleshoot software solutions across data integration components.
• Build extensible data acquisition and integration solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop BI integration designs through data analysis of large diverse datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, Sys Admin).
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools within the SDLC to improve quality and speed.
