Job summary

Schneider Electric is actively recruiting a data engineer to build robust data pipelines and contribute to the analytics infrastructure. You will help architect a scalable data platform and develop real-time apps ingesting large volumes of data.

The role requires experience in APIs, AWS cloud services, and BI tooling such as Tableau/PowerBI, with a strong emphasis on data modeling and architecture.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and software architecture.
• Experience with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Proficient in AWS services and data lake/warehouse concepts.
• Experience with APIs (REST & SOAP) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Discover, gather and address technical and design requirements.
• Architect data platform and develop real-time apps ingesting large data volumes.
• Manage data pipelines and contribute to data strategy execution.
• Build and manage data platform infrastructure from collection to processing and storage.
• Develop, customize and manage integration, monitoring tools, databases, warehouses and analytical systems.
