Job summary

OmniQuest, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented data processor to handle day-to-day OCR processing and data preparation, ensuring accurate delivery of structured data.

You will run OCR pipelines, validate extracted data from receipts and prescriptions, perform data mapping, and clean datasets for ingestion while coordinating with QA to resolve issues and report processing delays.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in data processing, data entry, or encoding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level: PivotTables, basic/lookup formulas)
• Detail-oriented with strong data validation and accuracy checks
• Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively report errors, elevate exceptions, and collaborate with internal teams
• Familiarity with basic OCR tools is an advantage
