Job summary

Green Cross, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Alabang to support the Senior Supply Chain Manager with data management, analysis, and reporting.

You will contribute to supply chain operations by implementing programs aligned with company strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role includes data collection and analysis, process development, and collaboration on initiatives to improve efficiency and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain operations particularly in purchasing, planning, warehouse and inventory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze data across Planning, Production, Warehousing, and Logistics functions.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving supply chain issues in a timely manner.
