Qualifications

• Relevant experience in retail operations or similar role.
• Experience handling department store or boutique operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Analytical with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and customer service practice.
• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel and sell-out (SO) improvement plans in line with the company's channel development strategy.
• Drive sales performance and operational excellence across retail channels ensuring the achievement of key business and operational KPIs.
• Analyze retail performance data and develop actionable strategies to improve channel efficiency and business results.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects with local teams to ensure effective execution and implementation customer and all divisions.
