Job summary

Helen Keller International Philippines is seeking an Officer, Monitoring & Evaluation to support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to strengthen program quality and decision-making. You will work with program teams, partners, government counterparts, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely data availability in service of our mission to improve health, nutrition, and vision.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least four years of M&E experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Health, or a related field.
At least four (4) years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, data management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
Experience using statistical, data management, and analysis tools such as STATA, DHIS, ODK, ONA, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; strong written and verbal English and Filipino.
Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases for secure storage, retrieval, and analysis of program data.
Coordinate data collection activities, including baseline assessments, routine monitoring, surveys, and evaluations.
Conduct data verification, cleaning, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Prepare timely and accurate M&E reports for donors, partners, and program teams.
Provide data and analysis to support program planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Provide technical support and guidance on M&E methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Support training and capacity-building for program staff and partners on data collection and reporting.
Participate in field visits, monitoring activities, surveys, and evaluations as required.
Collaborate with government agencies, partners, communities, and stakeholders to advance M&E activities.
