Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila is seeking a Data / BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and build self-service dashboards for data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, collect and analyze large datasets, and maintain comprehensive data product documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, BI, data analysis with an operations focus.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or BI tools and building data models.
• Experience with business statistics and presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into BI products to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data models, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy with basic validation and quality checks.
• Apply statistical techniques to address business questions and hypotheses.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather information and present findings.
• Create and maintain documentation for data products.
• Take ownership of multiple data products and keep them up-to-date.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and data extraction to leadership and departments.
