VA Masters is seeking a results-driven Amazon PPC Executive to plan, launch, and scale advertising campaigns across Amazon. You will own campaign strategy, keyword research, bid management, and performance optimization to drive profitable growth across the product catalog.

The ideal candidate is analytical, data-obsessed, and has a proven history of lifting ACOS and TACOS while increasing sales volume. This role offers ownership of advertising initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console.
• Experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Display.
• Ability to lift ACOS and TACOS through optimization.
• Strong keyword research and search term analysis capabilities.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns across the product catalog.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and build structured campaign architectures.
• Refine bids, budgets, and placements to hit ACOS and TACOS targets.
• Carry out regular search term analysis and apply negative keywords.
• Track performance metrics and report spend, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and sales.
• Spot underperforming campaigns and run tests to improve results.
• Back product launches with campaign strategies and ranking plans.
• Read competitor activity and market trends for opportunities.
• Coordinate with listing/content team to align ads with optimization.
• Maintain campaign documentation and reporting.
