Responsibilities

• Facilitates proper shift turnover to the next shift.
• Submits and updates daily operations logs and reports.
• Facilitates daily batch processing and printing functions; monitors batch processes and coordinates with other technical staff.
• Operates computer consoles and peripherals.
• Handles regular backup of all systems and facilitates restoration as needed.
• Participates in system testing and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintains an adequate level of computer supplies.
• Handles administrative work as assigned.
