Job summary

RCBC is seeking an IT Operations professional to ensure reliable operation of our IT infrastructure and system software. You'll design, implement, maintain, and manage components in line with bank standards and MLPP regulations.

You will handle shift handovers, daily logs, batch processing, computer consoles, backups, system testing, and administrative tasks. The role requires a degree and willingness to supporting shift schedules.

Qualifications

• College/University Degree.
• Applies entry skills in networking, database administration, data center operations, or technical support.
• At least 1 year of experience in networking, database administration, data center operations, or technical support.
• Willing to work with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates proper shift turnover to the next shift.
• Submits and updates daily operations logs and reports.
• Facilitates daily batch processing and printing functions. Monitors batch processes and coordinates with other technical staff.
• Operates computer consoles and peripherals.
• Handles regular backup of all systems and facilitates restoration as needed.
• Participates in system testing and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintains an adequate level of computer supplies.
• Handles administrative work as assigned.
