Job summary

GlobeTelecom is seeking a highly experienced Critical Infrastructure Assurance Manager to validate and certify data centers before handover to live operations, covering design validation, commissioning audits, and 24/7 operational readiness. This dual-role will bridge construction and operations, with potential to assume full DC Site Operations Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Electrical/Mechanical Eng, IT, Business Admin, Computing) required.
• Minimum 5–7 years in data center engineering, commissioning, or critical facilities infrastructure.
• Certifications in data center management or ITIL/CDCP/CCNA/CCNP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit and validate engineering designs against site installations.
• Sign off on commissioning stages (Levels 1–5) and IST.
• Develop and implement the Ready to Operate (RTO) framework.
• Hold dual alignment to act as full-time DC Site Operations Manager when needed.
• Lead and develop the site operations team to ensure uptime.
