Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Iloilo City, Philippines is hiring a QA Analyst (Data Automation) to join our expanding international support operations. The role covers both manual and automated testing, with close collaboration with Business Analysts to verify new functionalities and integrations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent English, and experience with test case management tools such as Jira or TestRail.

Qualifications

Completed higher education.
Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
Ability to interpret logs, error messages, and system behavior to identify and report defects.
Willingness to learn and use test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Flexibility to work in shifts overlapping with UK business hours.

Responsibilities

Review documentation from the Business Analyst team to understand requirements and system behavior.
Design, maintain, and execute test cases for functional, regression and edge cases.
Perform functional, regression and integration testing.
Create and execute automated tests using internal tools.
Report defects in Jira with clear steps and evidence.
Collaborate with global teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
