Job summary

Sandoz International GmbH seeks a hands-on Data Analyst for Vietnam Commercial Excellence to develop dashboards, KPI reports and analytics across sales, CRM and field force. The role emphasizes data stewardship, governance and continuous improvement in a multinational setting.

The ideal candidate will combine Power BI, Excel and data quality skills with strong stakeholder partnership and practical mindset for ongoing process optimization across Vietnam, GCC and Region/GCO teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong experience in commercial analytics, BI, sales analytics, CRM analytics or reporting.
• Experience building dashboards and recurring KPI reports for stakeholders.
• Good understanding of sales performance, customer segmentation, targeting, territory analytics and incentive reporting.
• Strong English communication skills to translate data into business insight.

Responsibilities

• Analytics, dashboarding and reporting of Vietnam Commercial Excellence data.
• Develop, refresh and maintain Vietnam-only Power BI dashboards and KPI reports across sales, CRM, customer, field force and business performance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly insight packs, variance analysis and action-oriented commentary.
• Maintain dashboard documentation with logic, definitions, data sources and refresh cadence.
• Provide reporting support for sales performance, customer segmentation, targeting, territory design and incentive tracking.
• Support CRM analyses (SCOUT) including coverage, frequency and digital engagement indicators.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve report refresh reliability.
