Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong SQL coding skills.
• Experience with large/enterprise datasets.
• Knowledge of BI/Reporting, ETL, data modeling and data warehousing.
• Experience in data preparation, validation, analysis, testing and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new analytics tools quickly.
• Experience with Python or R (Google Colab preferred).
• Exposure to PLX or internal analytics tools and GCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support consultants and managers in clarifying objectives, requirements, and decisions.
• Translate requirements into analytical tasks and identify data gaps.
• Perform data extraction, preparation, validation, analysis, testing and reporting.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL.
• Use Python or R in Colab for deeper analysis and automation.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and analytical data structures.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to test logic and refine solutions.
• Document assumptions, findings, processes, and results.
• Manage tasks and present findings to stakeholders.
