Lifted, an Upwork Company™, is seeking a Data and Analytics Specialist to support the Digital Communications and Marketing team. You will build and maintain data pipelines, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights from web, campaign, and platform data.

Ideal candidates have strong digital analytics, data engineering, and visualization expertise to ensure reliable, end-to-end reporting across multiple tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in digital analytics and web data.
• Power BI: data modeling, DAX, relationships.
• Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch tracking, tagging, validation.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager preferred.
• Azure SQL, Python, API-based data extraction.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly.
• Translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understand business objectives and analytics-driven decisions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines using APIs and Azure SQL for reporting.
• Develop analytics reports and data visualizations.
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
• Implement and manage tracking across Adobe and Google Analytics.
• Conduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot issues.
• Support basic machine learning use cases to optimize campaigns.
• Provide day-to-day analytics support including reporting and data extraction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
